As a Native to Arizona, Takeia is well rounded in the rich history of many communities and cities that have shaped Arizona as a melting pot of diverse cultures and a place of thriving opportunity. Servant Leadership is a foundational pillar in her value of work. She serves with the purpose and belief in the seven mountains of influence and culture which are, faith, family, education, government, business, media and arts/entertainment.  Faith, Family and Business is what she has taken on as areas to impact and influence.  Takeia's story of being a single mother to three beautiful daughter's, has shaped and created her journey on a platform to minister to families and women of all ages. As an ordained Chaplain, Takeia's focus is to tackle self identity issues that young women and young mother's face. In over 20 years in ministry, Takeia also serves with a phenomenal worship team  including several other capacities within her church.  Takeia continues to thrive in business as an entrepreneur in financial services and Leadership Development which she seeks to also use as a platform to educate families and be a resource for needs within ministry.
